Information management, information flow, process management and public management
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze how a federal university performs the informational management of the process of signing an agreement with its founding support. By understanding information management as a process, it will use the methodology of information mapping and will identify the degree of maturity of the process under analysis as initial steps to generate improvements in the corporate governance of a public sector organization. In this research, it will seek to identify similarities, differences and complementarity between both theoretical approaches of information management and process management. From an ecological perspective, the information base will be based on information management, information flow, process management and the public management environment. To achieve the objectives, it will take a qualitative approach, classifying itself as a descriptive-exploratory research. Strategically will be used the methodology of intentional case study since the research will be developed in the Federal Rural University of the semiarid. Finally, it defines the research as applied as the expected results can be used to improve or implement solutions to specific problems of the institution.
