Use of Robotics as a Form of Entertainment in Youth Events
Robotics Competition, Entertainment, Events
raditional toys used in children's events, such as trampolines and ball pits, have limitations, including the need for large spaces, significant time for setup and takedown, restrictions on the number of simultaneous users, and barriers for children with physical limitations. In this context, this project aims to introduce robotics as an entertainment alternative for youth-oriented parties and events. The proposal consists of offering games and activities that utilize robots, providing an innovative, more compact, and inclusive option compared to traditional toys. These robots, which can be transported pre-assembled, minimize space-related issues and allow for immediate use upon arrival at the venue. Furthermore, accessibility is a key factor, ensuring that children with physical limitations can participate in the activities. By integrating technology and playful activities, the project seeks to strengthen the bond between young people and the digital world while promoting the development of new skills. The implementation of this methodology has shown potential to enrich the recreational experience at events, offering a modern, educational, and inclusive alternative to conventional practices.
