SUMMARY:

This research aims to analyze the effects of managerial practices in the budget process on the financial condition of large Brazilian municipalities. To this end, it is intended to do so by formulating a regression with panel data or longitudinal data, considering the period between 2015 and 2022, in order to identify the existing relationships between the independent variables representing the managerial practices of the budget process.
