Guidance-Orientation Relationship: evidences in the academic master's degree in accounting sciences of UFRN

This study will aim to investigate the guiding elements of the guiding-orienting relationship in the dissertation production process of the MSc in Accounting Sciences of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. For this, will be interviewed advisors and advisers of the MSc in Accounting Sciences of UFRN of the first and second class who have already completed the course. Therefore, to analyze the data obtained from the interviews will be used the technique of content analysis.
