This article, entitled "Concerto No. 3 for Cello and Orchestra by José de Lima Siqueira: An Interpretative Approach", aims to analyze in detail the work "Concerto No. 3 for Cello and Orchestra" by Brazilian composer José de Lima Siqueira, exploring the technical, stylistic and interpretative aspects present in the composition. The research is based on the observation of the characteristics of the concerto, from its musical structures to its historical influences, and how these influences are reflected in the performance of the work. The interpretative analysis focuses on the way in which musicians should approach the piece, considering both technical execution and emotional interpretation, in order to convey the essence of Siqueira's composition.

The study also explores the cultural and historical context in which the concerto was composed, highlighting Siqueira's importance within Brazilian classical music.
