SUMMARY:

This is an action-research study aimed at developing a Guide for the Implementation of Integrative and Complementary Health Practices (PICS) in Primary Health Care in a municipality in the Seridó Potiguar region. The research will be conducted in six stages, namely: I - Diagnosis, II - Action Planning, III - Implementation, IV - Monitoring and Description of Effects, V - Evaluation of Results, and VI - Establishment of Learnings. This study will be submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the Hospital Onofre Lopes (CEP/HUOL). The results are expected to promote the experience of comprehensive care for users in the municipality through the implementation of PICS.
