PROJECT PROCESS MANAGEMENT PROPOSITION: BASE MODEL FOR BIM IMPLEMENTATION IN THE DIRETORIA DE INFRAESTRUTURA OF THE UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO CARIRI
Processes management. BIM, Federal Public Administration. UFCA.
In recent years, several normative (decrees and laws) were published that the Modeling of Construction Information was disseminated in organizational structures of the public power. This modeling is based on the methodology of Building Information Modeling (BIM), a modeling technology associated with processes, to produce, communicate and analyze building models. Faced with an organizational structure dependent on efficient process management for its implementation, this work aims to propose a project process management model aimed at the implementation of BIM in the Diretoria de Infraestrutura (DINFRA) of the Universidade Federal do Cariri (UFCA). As a way of achieving this objective, the aim is to diagnose the current situation of project process management, analyzing them in the light of the BIM methodology, defining the priority processes for their implementation, proposing a general map of processes aimed at the Dinfa´s área activity. So, organizational and management aspects can be defined and validated, creating a framework so that BIM modeling can be implemented, generating efficiency and effectiveness interfaces in management activities, projects, works execution, budget and maintenance of the Diretoria de Infraestrutura of UFCA in addition to the legal compliance provided by the Federal Government, but as a strategy for optimizing organizational processes.
