EVALUATION OF HEALTH PROMOTION PROGRAMS FOR THE ELDERLY: AN ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF SERVICES IN SUPPLEMENTARY HEALTH

Health promotion has been used as a strategy to face the population's health problems and as a way to contribute to the healthy aging process, as it addresses strategies that aim to mitigate risks, fragility and vulnerability. This research aims to analyze the quality of health promotion services for the elderly through the evaluation of a health promotion program for the elderly in supplementary health. The research consists of: an integrative review; descriptive exploratory; observational and cross-sectional study. For this, individual and group interviews will be used, online form submission, expert consensus and secondary data analysis. With this, it is expected to carry out an investigation about the evaluation of health promotion programs for the elderly and their due evaluation aspects; analysis of health promotion programs for the elderly in supplementary health in the national territory; the identification of the main components necessary to promote health for the elderly and an evaluation of the quality of health promotion services of the De Bem com a Vida Program of the Caixa Assistencial Universitária of Rio Grande do Norte.
