SUMMARY:

The records presented document the artistic and educational processes involved in the craftsmanship of creating a HOMOSERIDOENSE body-territory. These writings originate from a feminine, sertanejo, restless, and exploratory body, which transforms into art through the landscapes and experiences of the Seridó Potiguar, a region located in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte. This study is inspired by the immersion and sharing of autobiographical feelings, aiming to reflect on the experience through the lived experiences of my body as a sertaneja woman in university.

I aim to irradiate the knowledge and traditions of my community, especially for students who, like me, migrated from the countryside to the capital in search of better opportunities. As an artist from the Seridó city of Acari, I delve deeply into the cultural, historical, social, political, and futuristic dynamics, remaining open to new learnings about the stories and manifestations of the region. This process of development is influenced by encounters, interactions, and experiences, reflecting the struggles and nuances of Seridó sertaneja lives, realities, and poetics.
