SUMMARY:
The present text is the presentation of a research that is in creation and investigates the production and theatrical management from the look at the practices of group theater. With a focus on the experience of the first decade of performance of the Ninho Theater Group and the Casa Ninho space, in the city of Crato / Ceará, Cariri region, seeks to reflect about the tactical procedures that the group has been practicing to maintain their project. To this end, the group's daily life is revealed, showing how it finds, in the field of group theater, ways of gestating and producing the maintenance of its repertoire, projects and artistic headquarters. Thus, the object of this research seeks to reveal, from a given experience, how there are several ways to practice the production and management of an artistic project, considering that each agent will build their own tactics.
