THEORETICAL PERSPECTIVES OF KNOWLEDGE PRODUCTION ON THE WORK OF SOCIAL WORKERS WITH SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL MEASURES IN THE ANNALS OF ENPESS AND CBAS

Among the different policies and population segments that work the social worker is, respectively, the socio-educational care policy and the adolescent in conflict with the law, through the monitoring of compliance with socio-educational measures. The way these adolescents are held accountable in recent decades has as a parameter the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA) followed by the National System of Socio-educational Assistance (SINASE), however, in a growing scenario that points to a continuous violation of rights. Thus, this dissertation project aims to analyze the theoretical perspectives of knowledge productions about the work of social workers with socio-educational measures published in the annals of the Brazillian Congress of Social Workers (CBAS) and the National Meeting of Researchers in Social Work (ENPESS), as they constitute significant spaces for the debate and dissemination of the scientific and technical production of Social Service at the national level. Regarding the methodological path, it was guided by the critical-dialectical method, through the quali-quantitative approach and bibliographic research.
