SUMMARY:

This thesis project is inserted in the area “Sociability, Social Work and Social Politics” and in the research line “Ethics, Gender, Culture and Diversity” of the doctorate course from the Social Work Post-Graduation Program of the Rio Grande do Norte Federal University. We part from the questions placed in reality regarding the relation between the feminist and the free gender identity theoretical-political agendas, aimed for the following research question: What are the trans-excluding feminist aspects implications over the feminist struggles and human diversity? In that regard, the general objective aims the apprehension of the transfeminist particularities and its contributions and controversies for the feminist struggles, considering the theoretical-political fundamentals of the trans-excluding feminist tendencies and the materialistic feminist tendencies. The study object demanded the apprehension of the debate from the ontological fundaments of the social being to the understanding of the sex patriarchal relations and the human diversity. In that direction, we analyze the ontology of the social being in Marx and aiming the apprehension of the social being constitution while simultaneously singular and diverse. We verse about the patriarchy historicity while oppression system of women by men, and we analyse the imbrications between the sex/gender patriarchal relations, class and race/ethnicity, that constitute, together with further subjective and objective determinations, the human diversity. After that, we identify the burgeois democratic State determinations over the human diversity violation. To do so, we apprehend the historical-political fundaments of the State over the classical social theory, including the marxista analysis. We then resume the debate concerning the ontology with emphasis in its relation with the human diversity, and we problematize the limits set to the diversity experience under the burgeois democratic State current affairs. From those analysis, we enter in the reflection concercing the patriarchy, feminism and trans diversity, apprehending the relation between the experience of the patriarchal oppression and its confrontation by means of marxist emancipatory feminist theory and practice, for next we verse about the conception of the sex social construction evidenced by the experience of the trans diversity and its articulation with the feminist struggles. In the continuity of this research, we seek to deepen the analysis over the transfeminism particularities and to identify the theorical fundaments of the tran-sexcludent feminist tendencies and the marxist materialist feminism. In that analytical path, our objective has demanded as metodological strategies the bibliographical and documental research in the unverse of the productions made by the radical feminists; by the Brazilian Women Articulation and the Transvestite and Transexual National Association, as well as the conduction of semi-structured qualitative interview with representatives from those three feminist movements, whose first contact was mediated during the Social Service, Feminism and Trans Diversity National Seminar, that will take place in 3 and 4 of September, 2024 in Belo Horizonte - Minas Gerais. We appeal to bibliographical research that helps our sucessive approximation exercise to the study object in this Project, in its insertion on the social reality dynamics.
