Pandemic capitalism and the new labor morphology in social service: an approach to accusations of violation of professional labor rights

This research project aims to analyze the structural crisis of capital in its relation to the global health crisis of COVID-19 and the impacts on professional work of social service on health policy in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. In order to apprehend the expressions of the new morphology of the work of these Social Service professionals, a research with a quantitative-qualitative approach will be carried out, based on the critical dialectical method, to be developed through bibliographical research and documental survey. An analysis of the complaints received by the Guidance and Inspection Commission (COFI) of the Regional Council of Social Service of the 14th Region (CRESS/RN) will be carried out, making it possible to identify the strategies and actions carried out by the CFESS-CRESS Joint considering what is established in the Policy National Inspection. In this way, we intend to contribute to the improvement of CRESS/RN's inspection activities, as well as to strengthen critical reflection about professional daily life through the transformations of the world of work in contemporary capitalism.
