REMOVAL FOR HEALTH REASONS OF STATUTORY WORKERS AT HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO ONOFRE LOPES: particularities in the management of EBSERH
Work, work management, HUOL, EBSERH, removal
The reality points out that the management model being developed in the SUS equipment, in particular, the one established in University Hospitals under the management of EBSERH (Brazilian Company of Hospital Services) is impacting the work processes of health workers in order to impact on their health conditions. This scenario is present at the HUOL (Hospital Universitário Onofre Lopes), belonging to the UFRN hospital complex that is being managed by EBSERH, since there was a significant increase in the number of removals for health reasons of UFRN employees, linked to/ to the Legal Regime. Single (RJU). In view of this phenomenon, the research sought to analyze the processes of removals for health reasons at the Onofre Lopes University Hospital in order to point out the determinations of the EBSERH management model on the health of workers. Therefore, we seek to answer it through quantitative-qualitative research based on the historical-dialectical materialist method, in which we use as methodological resources the bibliographic review, document analysis and semi-structured interviews with employees removed for reasons of health. HUOL after implantation of EBSERH, being the data analyzed through the technique of Content Analysis. In the study, we indicate that the removals for health reasons of the RJU servers removed from the HUOL during the EBSERH management are refractions of the company as an expression of the counter-reform in the SUS, a context in which we consider the process of implementing business management in the HUOL as a trigger for the dissatisfaction and suffering at work of the removed professionals; the managerial model as the conception of work management at HUOL during the development of EBSERH, causing damage to the conditions and working relationships of the removed servants; as well as repercussions on the subjectivity of the server as a university worker in the hospital, triggering the prevalence of mental disorders in illnesses and removals. The plot of this research at HUOL provokes us to reflect on the role of EBSERH in the management of university hospitals, specifically the implications for RJU servers, in order to seek collective strategies to minimize illnesses, which are, as a rule, individualized. , since in the reality of the HUOL, the only possibilities of restoring health are the licenses for health treatment and removals for health reasons.
