The Impacts of Precariousness on Unproductive Workers: An Analysis of the Outsourcing
Work; Structural Crisis; Precariousness and Outsourcing.
The research project entitled The Impacts of Precariousness on Unproductive Workers: An Analysis of the Outsourcing Process deals with the metamorphoses of the world of work resulting from the structural crisis of capital that erupted in the course of 1970. We start from the understanding that the process of Work under the rule of capital emerges based on the exploitation of the workforce, however, considering the dynamics of the system's development, as well as the reality of this process during the elucidated crisis, it goes through configurations and takes on specificities. Among such specificities is the precariousness of work that becomes part of the relations between labor and capital in contemporary times. The current research is based on the following themes: a) work and sociability in capital: the origins of precariousness; b) work on the temporality and precariousness trends in Brazil; c) precarious labor relations: trend or rule? The analysis now proposed has as theoretical methodological support the dialectical materialist method and the modalities of qualitative bibliographic and documentary research, of which we can highlight the authors Marx (1984), Antunes (2011) Druck (2011) and Alves (2011).
