LAND REFORM MARKET: AN ANALYSIS OF RURAL WORKERS IN POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN RURAL LAND PROGRAM NATIONAL CREDIT IN ACARI/RN

The project analyzes the political participation of Brazilian rural workers in the national land credit program. Therefore, it examines economic, political and ideological determinants of Brazilian historical social formation that deals with the advance of capital in the field. In addition, analyzes the transformation of the land and nature for goods, which is quantitative numerous workers / rural landless, as well as talks about the struggles of / the workers / rural for access to land and on the concepts of agrarian reform adopted by the Brazilian State. Initial data indicate that the advance of capital in the field hinders the implementation of agrarian reform, contributing to the formation of large farms and agribusiness companies. In this sense, the project supports the hypothesis that at the expense of land reform for social interest the State has been implementing the Agrarian Reform World Bank Market, through the National Program of Land Credit, a proposal to combat rural poverty, which contradictorily has been promoting the integration of / the sitting precariously and keeping the land concentration.
