SUMMARY:

This dissertation is composed of essays, interconnected movements that explore the ethical, political and, above all, poetic potentialities of writing, creation and the class as a field for the reinvention of educational practices. The essays may be read in any order and, although their form is deliberately anti-objective, if I had to indicate a broader intention toward which these movements wish to contribute, I would say: to compose a play of creative and destabilizing forces capable of traversing and reimagining, through a performative, poetic, fabulatory and dune-like prism, what a class can do, understood as a time of encounter among materialities and ways of life, as a horizon of radical invention. From this, I composed a movement focused on the idea of “granularities,” in which I investigate vulnerability as a transformative force, opposing it to modern rationality, which imposes fixed and historically Eurocentric identities. Granularities, conceived as particles of a thought in becoming, operate in a register that destabilizes the boundaries between the human and the nonhuman, between the possible and the impossible. Writing is understood here as a performative process that escapes linearity and aligns itself with the forces of encounter, fall and dispersal. In a movement devoted to poetics, I deepen the discussion of language as a material body and a field of experimentation, engaging an idea of poetics that does not merely narrate or represent, but invents other worlds, displacing logics of control and affirming multiple and unpredictable ways of life. I also engage with the notions of speculative fabulation, poetics of the common and an ethics of immanence, emphasizing that creation, more than an aesthetic act, is a form of resistance and reinvention in the face of the ecological, social and epistemic collapses that traverse us. In a movement focused on dune-like compositions, I follow the fugitive poetics of these temporal formations, think the school as a space-time of formation marked by administrative forms of management that articulate control, collective memory and ways of life, and propose a poetics of encounter and vulnerability that values indeterminacy, errors and fabulations as forms of resistance and creation. In this sense, the class emerges as a terrain of ethical and political experimentation, where time and affects become powers for imagining and inhabiting other possibilities of existence. In the final movement, devoted directly to the class, I deepen this understanding by thinking it as wild time, a field of forces and a living duration, tensioned by dispositifs of utility, productivity and control that seek to capture it as a predictable, measurable and functional form. In contrast, the dissertation proposes a reading of the class as an opening toward conascer, resurgence, creative ignorãça, and a politics of affects and presences that restores to learning its poetic, relational and more than-human thickness. The appendices, in turn, operate as unfoldings of the research itself, bringing together fabulations, disqualified materialities and performative class programs that expand, in other regimes of language and proposition, the central questions of the dissertation.
