This study presents the development project of a governance and sustainability instrument tailored for federal public administration. The main objective is to develop an integrated indicator dashboard for asset and warehouse management at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN), specifically for the Currais Novos Campus. Methodologically, the research is classified as applied, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, adopting the Design Science Research (DSR) method for the modeling, construction, and validation of the technological artifact. Data will be extracted from the Unified Public Administration System (SUAP) and complemented by local diagnostics conducted with logistics managers. As the expected result and technical product, the study aims to deliver a Business Intelligence (BI) management panel integrating consumption data, material life cycles, and asset disposal. The tool is expected to reduce information asymmetry, optimize evidence-based decision-making, and serve as a reference model (benchmarking) for other institutions within the Federal Network.
