The Professional Master's Degree Program in Public Administration (PROFIAP) is a program on national network that aims to train qualified public managers to act critically, reflectively, and innovatively in Brazilian public administration. Our goal is to empower professionals for the advanced practice of public management, contributing to increased efficiency, productivity, and quality of public services.

According to the national regulations of the Professional Master's Program in Public Administration (PROFIAP), its main objectives are:

• To train professionals for the exercise of advanced administrative practice in public organizations;

• To contribute to increasing the productivity and effectiveness of public organizations;

• To provide instruments, models, and methodologies that serve as a reference for improving public management.

National Entrance Examination (ENA)

Admission of students to Profiap will be through a National Entrance Examination (ENA), containing the result of the ANPAD test carried out in several editions throughout the year.

The selection processtakes into consideration the ranking of candidates, up to the limit of the number of vacancies offered. Admission is open to graduates of undergraduate programs recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) who meet the requirements established in the Call for Applications and are approved in the National Entrance Examination (ENA, acronym in Portuguese).
