SUMMARY:

The growing demand for professional qualification and innovation in sanitation services has led many companies in the sector to invest in corporate universities. This educational model aims to train employees, increase operational efficiency, and promote an organizational culture aligned with organizational strategies. Therefore, this work investigates the role of corporate universities in sanitation companies in Brazil, analyzing their importance, benefits, and main challenges. The methodology adopted includes a literature review based on books, scientific journals, reports from the sector's regulatory body (ANA - National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency), and the legal framework for sanitation (Law No. 14,026/2020).
