RESUMO:

This study aims to discuss how custody hearings materialize in relation to the social and legal markers surrounding the use of substances classified as "drugs", through a qualitative analysis that reveals the voices and eventual silences of their actors, observing their performances. , criminal prosecution processes, agencies, and (in) communicative relationships between them.
