Workers' health is configured as a field of interdisciplinary practices and strategic knowledge - technical, social, political, human, multidisciplinary and inter-institutional, aimed at analyzing and intervening in work relationships that cause illnesses and injuries. In Rio Grande do Norte, under the Secretary of State for Public Health-SESAP/RN, through Ordinance No. 136 of May 22, 2018, the Centers for Health and Safety Care for Workers and Workers were established and in 15 October 2020, the State Nucleus for the Health and Safety of Workers (NESST) was created. The present study is an Action-Research of an interventionist, collaborative character and a quantitative-qualitative analytical approach that aims to intervene, describe and analyze the contributions of the State Center for Health Care for Workers and Workers to the Secretary of State for Health of Rio Grande do Norte. |
