ABSTRACT

Primary Health Care (PHC) is recognized as the preferred gateway to the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) in Brazil, aiming to meet the health needs of the population in a comprehensive and continuous manner. The organization of health actions in the context of PHC is a challenge that requires strategic planning based on concrete and accessible data. In contemporary times, technological tools have proven to be fundamental in supporting the decision-making process. The quality and accuracy of the information collected by Community Health Agents (CHAs) are essential for the development of robust situational diagnoses, which support family risk stratification and the identification of social vulnerabilities in the assigned territory. In this perspective, the present study aims to develop an interactive virtual panel for assessing family risk stratification and social vulnerability in primary care. This is a quantitative methodological study, to be carried out in three sequential stages, focused on the construction and validation of content for an interactive virtual panel for assessing family risk stratification in primary care. The study complied with the ethical principles for research involving human subjects described in Resolution 466/2012 of the National Health Council and was submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. The preliminary results are the collection of the integrative review carried out using the PRISMA method, where all content of the virtual interactive panel was constructed based on its findings. The second and third stages will only occur after approval by the Research Ethics Committee for content validation and statistical analysis of the data with a view to validating the panel. The use of technological tools to strengthen data management and analysis facilitates the visualization of information and evidence-based decision-making, which effectively contributes to the quality of the systematization of care practices.
