The National Immunization Program (PNI) is known nationally and internationally due to its reach and achievements over its 50 years. The Reference Centers for Special Immunobiologicals (CRIE) are part of the PNI, providing high-tech, high cost immunobiologicals to a public that is more prone to diseases or risks of complications. However, many professionals are unaware of or do not have adequate knowledge about these centers, failing to guide the population and refer the target audience. The objective of this study is to build a Massive Open Online Course on special immunobiologicals for Primary Health Care professionals. This is an action research, with methodological study stages, with consultation of the learning needs of professionals, literature review and preparation of educational content for later validation and evaluation. The content is proposed in 5 Units with open educational resources, to favor self-learning. The Massive Open Online Course is expected to expand healthcare professionals' access to knowledge about special immunobiologicals, causing positive effects on professional qualifications and on the population's equal access to special immunobiologicals.
