The National Immunization Program (PNI) is known nationally and internationally, due to its reach and the achievements achieved over its 50 years. The Reference Centers for Special Immunobiologicals (CRIE) make up the PNI, providing high-tech, high-cost immunobiologicals to a public that is more prone to disease or at risk of complications. However, many professionals are unaware or do not have adequate knowledge about these centers, failing to guide the population and target the target audience. The objective of this study is to build an educational strategy, mediated by technology, on special immunobiologicals for health professionals, especially those in Primary Health Care. It is an action research, with stages of methodological study, with consultation of the needs of learning for professionals, literature review and development of educational content for subsequent validation and evaluation. The content is proposed in 4 Units with open educational resources, to encourage self-learning. It is expected that educational technology will increase health professionals' access to knowledge about special immunobiologicals, causing positive effects on professional qualification and equal access by the population to special immunobiologicals.
