Thermal Anemometer Circuit Based on Feedback Linearization Technique
Constant temperature anemometer, sensitivity, thermoresistive sensors, feedback linearization
Among the various methods used to measure the flow of fluids, the thermal anemometer that operates with a thermoresistive sensor at a constant temperature is widely used because of its performance and reliability. However, this architecture presents some limitations due to the nonlinear model of the system and the non-idea parameters of some circuit components. This work promotes a comparative study of two thermal anemometer architectures in terms of performance. In addition, it proposes an evaluation of the operating conditions and the definition of the electronic components for the construction
of the circuit that implements an anemometer architecture using a feedback linearization method.
