GYMNASTIC AT SCHOOL: Pedagogical possibilities in the final years of elementary school

The Physical Education teachers who passed in our student life, brought the reflexes of their training, some managed to break with sportsmanship and others did not. Henrique (2017), highlights a shortage in the application of gymnastics content in classes, possibly resulting from the lack of literature, opportunity for professionals to experience or the little importance given to the content. Our objective is to analyze and propose pedagogical possibilities on the teaching of gymnastics in the final years of elementary school. The research is qualitative in nature and is characterized as action research. The instruments used for data collection will be the application of a questionnaire, the pedagogic sequence, the participant observation of the descriptive type and the imagery, photographic and field diary resources, with students of the 7th year of E.E.E.F.ANTENOR NAVARRO in the city of Guarabira/PB. The content analysis method, based on Bardin (2011), will support the analysis and interpretation of data. The research was submitted and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and registered on Plataforma Brasil, under opinion number 5,257,813 on February 22, 2022.
