SUMMARY:

The components of the Reactome base were extracted, their epoch of origin in human evolution was estimated using HOGS groupings of the OMA base, and the data were included in the Reactome base, representing the epochs of origin by differential staining throughout the database. A website exploring the occurrences to direct the analysis of Reactome is in the final stage of repair and therefore an extension of the deadline is required.
