SUMMARY:

This research aimed to test Hackapocket as a tool to support the ideation of a reservation platform for Geoparque Seridó. The study has a qualitative applied approach, classified as descriptive and exploratory. The research included the implementation of Hackapocket, technical visits to the geosites of Geoparque, and questionnaire application. The results revealed the abundance of natural resources and the tourist potential of the region. As research products, there are the development of a manual for conducting ideation processes through Hackapocket, as well as the organization of initial proposals for a reservation platform for Geoparque Seridó. The study concludes that Hackapocket is effective in formulating innovative solutions and that the reservation platform can be an important tool for the development of Geoparque Seridó.
