Beer is defined as a beverage resulting from the fermentation of brewing yeast, derived from the cooking of malt and hops, where part of the malt or malt extract can be partially replaced by brewing adjuncts, resulting in flavor variations depending on the ingredients used. Therefore, the objective of this study was to develop the production and commercialization of a beer using alternative materials, such as. During this study, the transition from producing homemade craft beer to production in an artisanal microbrewery was addressed. The beer produced was branded "Musa" and sold at a price of R$15.00 per unit. The sales strategy included intensive social media promotion, the creation of WhatsApp groups, partnerships with digital influencers, and sensory analysis conducted at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). These efforts allowed the beer to reach a broader and more diverse audience, effectively promoting Musa beer. Furthermore, the combination of digital marketing within. Considering the craft beer consumer market, an opportunity window was identified by leveraging the diversity of adjuncts and fruits and the versatility of beer as a product, which enables the creation of various sensory experiences for enthusiasts. Thus, using bread as a partial substitute for malt does not alter the alcoholic fermentation or the beer production process but also reduces production costs and promotes sustainability by reusing food waste in the brewing industry, contributing to a circular economy and reducing the environmental impact of production.

ssues involving the sustainability of Information Technology (IT) in educational institutions are one of the pillars of management and teaching at universities, since the inadequate disposal of IT products can be a source of environmental contamination and waste of resources. Therefore, the objective of this work was to identify how to control IT assets that can be reused, or the disassembly of their electronic components for reuse in other machines. To this end, the improvement of an existing technological platform, REUSE, was proposed, aiming to improve the IT sustainability index, minimize the disposal of IT products and reuse of equipment at UFRN, with the objective of contributing to the construction of a more efficient, sustainable and economically viable technology management model, encouraging the reuse of equipment and reducing environmental impact. To this end, a work was carried out to monitor the process of disposal of assets and REUSE, which is a tool for transferring assets, which can be used elsewhere, but are of no interest to their original department. The data collection using reuse allowed us to identify that, at first, there was only one product registered on the website and, at the second moment, in October 2024, there were no products registered in REUSE. Among the possible reasons for this, the need to change the institutional environment and the entire manual (non-automated) process for the actions of registration, demonstration of interest and transfer of items were identified. Therefore, changes were proposed in the location and access to REUSE, and automation of processes, aiming to facilitate the registration of items, demonstration of interest and the process of transfer between units. This process is in the implementation and evaluation phase. However, IT sustainability in federal public universities is a complex challenge, but also an opportunity to promote innovation, reduce costs and contribute to a more sustainable future. Therefore, by expanding the use of sustainable practices, universities can become a reference in environmental management and inspire other institutions to follow the same path.

Population growth and consequent urban growth have generated significant challenges in solid waste management, especially in urban areas. Among the most representative waste is green coconut shell, an abundant by-product of the consumption of this tropical fruit. At the same time, civil construction is one of the industries with the most impact on the consumption of natural resources and the generation of waste. Materials such as sand and cement, widely used, generate high environmental costs due to the intensive extraction of raw materials. In this context, this project proposes the use of green coconut shell powder waste as an aggregate in cement products as a sustainable alternative, meeting the economic, social and environmental pillars, and promoting benefits for society as a whole, including the population, public sector and private companies. The central objective is to describe and analyze the development of an innovative business model, based on the concepts of circular economy, open innovation and low carbon footprint, with a focus on the production of sustainable interlocking floors that use coconut fiber powder as a partial replacement for fine aggregate. The study was carried out in three main stages: (1) theoretical contextualization on sustainability, circular economy, open innovation, low footprint and carbon credits and innovative business models; (2) experimental analysis of the technical performance of interlocking floors with percentages of replacement of fine aggregate (sand) with coconut fiber powder in proportions of 2%, 5% and 10%; and (3) proposing a business model with a low carbon footprint, aligned with open innovation practices, to maximize sustainable and competitive impact on the market. With the implementation of these innovations, the project not only presents technical, economic and environmental feasibility, aligning with concepts of sustainability and innovation, but the proposed model also consolidates its relevance in the global context of decarbonization and green economy, representing an effective response to growing demands for ecologically responsible products in the construction sector.

Ocean fishing in Brazil faces significant challenges due to the absence of advanced technology, inadequate vessels, and a shortage of specialized labor. The vessels currently used for tuna fishing are adaptations from other models, which compromise operational efficiency and increase maintenance and operating costs. In this context, the present project proposes the development of modern and technologically advanced vessels, designed to meet the specific needs of local fishing operators. The central objective is to increase productivity and efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and minimize operational costs through the integration of state-of-the-art technologies. Among the innovations, the use of IoT sensors stands out, enabling real-time monitoring of machine performance, energy consumption, and structural conditions, thus facilitating the implementation of predictive maintenance. Furthermore, the application of artificial intelligence will enable precise mapping of fishing grounds and the location of schools of fish, particularly in the context of climate change, which has altered species' migratory patterns. The project also incorporates sustainable solutions, such as solar energy systems to power essential equipment, ensuring greater autonomy and reducing the consumption of fossil fuels. Advanced satellite communication systems will enable real-time data processing and allow for safe and agile decision-making, even in remote areas. With the implementation of these innovations, the project not only addresses the challenges faced by fishing operators but also prepares the ocean fishing sector for a more technological, efficient, and sustainable future. The modernization of the sector, combined with workforce training and the adoption of innovative practices, represents a crucial milestone for the evolution of fishing in Brazil, resulting in a more productive, cost-effective, and operationally efficient activity, while maintaining a strong commitment to marine resource preservation.

This work emerged from the identification of a problem: the market insertion of professionals who have recently graduated from high school, who face difficulties due to the lack of higher education, and professionals with prior experience or training, but who encounter significant barriers due to limited resources. Both groups, being at the early stages of their professional journeys, face substantial challenges such as an overload of responsibilities and a lack of resources to outsource services, which makes their activities even more complex. In this context, the PersonAI method was developed to encourage the use of strategic management tools, powered by artificial intelligence, allowing users to perform their tasks efficiently, even when faced with the adversities of the entrepreneurial environment. The research combines concepts of strategic management, agile methodologies, user experience (UX) design, and artificial intelligence, enabling problem identification, action plan formulation, and task execution in a practical and efficient way. The study is based on two pillars: the first addresses UX principles aimed at developing the prototype, with the goal of providing a simple and accessible solution, even for those who do not understand complex concepts; the second presents the foundations of strategic management and artificial intelligence applied in the method. The methodology used in this research is based on user validation through a case study, including the author's accounts of the practical application of the PersonAI method in his services as a UX/UI Designer and Communication Manager. This approach is complemented by a quantitative analysis of data collected through a structured form in two sections: the first focused on validating the problem hypothesis, and the second aimed at validating the proposed solution, which in this case is the PersonAI method. The central objective of this research is to develop and present the PersonAI method, complemented by two specific objectives. The first is to propose a prototype of an application that demonstrates, in practice, how the PersonAI method works. The second is to present RIO, a startup where the author applies the PersonAI method, which was also the subject of his Technical-Entrepreneurial Production, meeting the requirements of the master's degree in the Graduate Program in Science, Technology, and Innovation.

The environmental licensing process was established in Brazil in 1981 through the National Environmental Policy (PNMA), establishing that “the construction, installation, expansion and operation of establishments and activities that use environmental resources, effectively or potentially polluting [... ] will depend on prior environmental licensing”, establishing, since then, that any enterprise falling within this profile requires prior authorization from one of the federated entities (union, state or municipality) to install and/or operate. For make what was established in the law possible, the federated entities needed, and still need, to structure a regulatory structure, requiring a considerable investment in qualified technical staff and in infrastructure with physical headquarters and technology for the analyzes of licensing processes to take place. However, since the establishment of Environmental Licensing as an instrument of the PNMA, entities have been facing a series of difficulties in its implementation and it is causing for enterprises and investors a slow and costly process. As a consequence, there is difficulty to generate new businesses and to attracte investments, hindering the generation of taxes for federated entities, as well as employment and income for the population. In this sense, this work intends to propose a technology-based solution capable to make the environmental licensing process more efficient and faster based on the study of the structure of environmental licensing in Brazil, the identification of the main difficulties that exist within the scope of environmental licensing and the consequent analysis. of the techno-marketing scenario of environmental licensing solutions and definition of the main requirements and functionalities that must be present in LicencIA - a system for improving the environmental licensing process.

The sharing economy has transformed the labor market, promoting flexibility and new opportunities for generating income, but also deepening the precariousness of labor relations. This study investigates the impacts of this model, with an emphasis on the app-based transport sector, and proposes the development of a sustainable and socially responsible alternative. The research adopts a scientific-entrepreneurial approach, based on a theoretical review on the uberization of work, social impact business models and labor regulation. Methodologically, it uses action research and empirical validation, integrating the practical experience of app drivers. The study results in the design of TT Passengers, a technological solution that restructures the contractual relationship with drivers, ensuring greater autonomy and equity. Business modeling is supported by Model C, combining principles of social impact and financial viability. The comparative analysis with traditional platforms shows that the lack of regulation and algorithmic management intensify precariousness. It is concluded that innovation in the mobility sector can align operational efficiency with social justice, reducing worker vulnerabilities and promoting more balanced working relationships.

Higher education in Brazil faces structural challenges that affect the country's economic and social development. According to Mozart Neves Ramos from the Ayrton Senna Institute, in addition to causing annual losses of BRL 30 billion, the inefficiency of the Brazilian educational system hinders economic growth and perpetuates inequalities. Among the consequences of this problem is the burnout of educators within the educational sector. The pressure for academic productivity in competitive careers, combined with the engagement challenges of the Digital Era, is a key driver of this scenario. Given this context, the present study aims to develop a methodological procedure focused on boosting the academic productivity of both faculty members and students. The specific objectives are: (i) to diagnose the causes of inefficiency in learning in higher education; (ii) to apply educational theories, agile methods, and creativity to a learning path from science to business; and (iii) to develop and apply technological validation tools. Considering that this is a problem that directly impacts, to varying degrees, 386,000 professors across 203 Higher Education Institutions, according to 2020 data from the Higher Education Census by the National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anisio Teixeira of the Ministry of Education, the scientific research advanced towards the entrepreneurial field through the business modeling of this solution. Consequently, Sci2Biz, a learning experience design methodology, was created to generate engagement, develop soft skills, and foster efficient learning, as evidenced by qualified intellectual production. The application of the prototype to more than 1,000 students resulted in a 27% improvement in final grades compared to the outcomes of traditional teaching methods. Additionally, a 70% efficiency in the intellectual production of the evaluated sample was achieved. These results indicate the feasibility of introducing an EdTech into the educational solutions market, which was confirmed by approval for investment in the Startup NE 2023 Program.

This research addresses the challenges faced by companies during the customer onboarding stage, especially with regard to initial disengagement, difficulty in perceiving value, and the consequent increase in turnover rates. These problems are largely due to poorly structured processes, such as the absence of integrated communication channels, generic responses, and the low use of technologies for personalization in post-sales relationships. In this context, the main objective of the study is to analyze the onboarding methodologies currently used, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements capable of improving the customer experience and increasing their retention. The methodology adopted is qualitative and exploratory in nature, based on the analysis of a specific case study, combined with a literature review, benchmarking, and empirical data collection. As a result, the “La Casa de Papel” framework was developed, a consultative onboarding model that aims to increase the perception of value delivered to the customer from the first contacts. The proposal relies on strategic, personalized and integrated action by project implementers, focusing on understanding the client's needs, aligning expectations and delivering results in the short term. The model has demonstrated the potential to promote greater engagement, strengthen the client-company relationship and significantly reduce churn.

Even through periods of crisis that resulted in the retraction of several industries, the industry of personal care products, perfumes and cosmetics (HPPC) was one of the least affected. According to the Brazilian Association of the Personal Hygiene, Perfumery and Cosmetics Industry (ABIHPEC), Brazil currently has the fourth largest consumer market for HPPC products, which corresponds to 5,7% of consumption worldwide. This dissertation aims, therefore, to study the profile of the cosmetics consumer in Brazil and to implement a business model for a startup of technological cosmetics, which was created according to the results of a questionnaire through the Google platform. The goal is to check if there is a consumer demand for multifunctional and natural cosmetics. The results were: 217 people aged between 18 and 64 years and two people aged over 64 years responded to the survey (accessed on October 7, 2021). 82.2% are women and 17.8% are men. Gender and age were considered as parameters to obtain more specific results. The persona would be a woman between 25 to 44 years old, has an income of 1 to 3 minimum wages and a higher education degree, a cosmetic draws her attention by its ingredients, she buys cosmetics mostly to replace once it is finished, she researches online about the product before the purchase, tries new brands, prefers products with natural ingredients, however, do not buy if they are less efficient than conventional cosmetics. The survey results are similar to the information found in literature and justify the creation of a new cosmetic brand.

The increasing prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highlights the urgent need for early diagnosis and effective interventions. The lack of technological tools adapted to the individual needs of children with ASD and the absence of integration between parents, health and education professionals represent an emerging challenge for the development of these children. To implement effective strategies and build an inclusive environment that favors the learning and socio-emotional development of children with ASD, it is essential that the development of assistive technologies involves close collaboration between parents, health professionals, and education. Unfortunately, this integration is not yet an optimized process. The SisTEA App (Integrated Support System for the Treatment of Children with ASD) presents an innovative response to the demand for adaptable resources for children with ASD, integrating technology and multidisciplinary collaboration. Focusing on the socio-emotional development of children with neurodevelopmental needs, the app provides specific activities and tools to promote social and communication skills. The central point of the construction of this software product is thought of the features integrated into the app that can effectively contribute to the treatment and improvement of the social, cognitive and communicative skills of children who face the challenge of ASD. The result is the realization of an innovative and effective assistive technology system, capable of being used not only in school environments, but also in clinics and homes, aiming to improve the quality of life of these children and their families.

Recruitment and selection (R&S) processes have gone through different phases in the evolution of people management over time. At the beginning of the 20th century, empirical and informal practices predominated, strongly influenced by the Taylorist model and focused solely on productivity. From the 1950s onwards, with the advancement of Organizational Psychology and the use of psychometric tests, more structured techniques for candidate evaluation emerged. In the 1980s, the strengthening of strategic management brought greater emphasis on competencies aligned with business objectives. In the 2000s, with the advancement of technology, computerized systems began to support screening and call processes. From 2010 onwards, digital platforms and videoconference interviews became consolidated. In small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), however, R&S processes still largely occurred in an unstructured manner, with strong dependence on referrals and limited use of objective criteria, which undermined the attraction and retention of qualified talent. In light of this scenario, this study aimed to propose an innovative method to optimize recruitment and selection procedures in SMEs, especially in the stages of screening, invitation, and interviews. The methodology was developed in four stages, grounded in the Design Science Research (DSR) method, and supported by management tools such as the Ishikawa diagram and the Canvas. The result of this process was the creation of a simplified method that incorporates organizational analysis resources and support technologies, including artificial intelligence, with the aim of improving the selection process. The method was validated through the application of a focus group, carried out in two rounds with field experts, whose contributions enabled adjustments and refinements. The validation results demonstrated the acceptability and relevance of the proposal, indicating that its implementation may reduce errors, optimize decision-making, increase recruitment agility, and contribute to the continuous development of employees. Thus, the research presents an innovative methodology aligned with the contemporary challenges faced by SMEs in the field of recruitment and selection.

The advance of sedentarism and chronic non-communicable diseases constitutes a global public health challenge, responsible for more than 7% of deaths worldwide and estimated annual costs of US$47 billion to healthcare systems. In this context, this work aimed to develop a solution for monitoring body indicators, personalizing training, and connecting users and health professionals in an accessible and inclusive digital environment, along with its respective business model. The adopted methodology was based on a scientific-entrepreneurial design approach, articulating applied research and innovation management. Stages of functional and non-functional requirements gathering, prioritized by the Fibonacci scale, were carried out; iterative prototyping with usability tests; and implementation based on the Full Stack LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) architecture, combined with artificial intelligence and cloud data analysis resources. Validation involved usage simulations across different profiles (user, personal trainer, and manager), accessibility tests according to WCAG 3.0 guidelines, and security analyses (LGPD). Additionally, a review of technological and market trends was conducted based on patent analyses. The results demonstrated that the solution is capable of monitoring health metrics in real time, generating personalized physical performance reports, and providing adaptive recommendations, integrating direct professional follow-up. The system reduced data redundancies, increased precision in training prescriptions, and enabled multi-profile integration in a single digital environment. Given its value proposition, the solution was named WLF, in association with the concept of the English expression "Way of Life." From this initiative, with the vision of connecting the tool's user to their best version, the startup WLF also emerged, a healthtech responsible for bringing the product to market and expanding its social reach. In this direction, it is noteworthy that the social impact of the work is aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), by promoting the population's quality of life and positioning itself as a possible innovative support for the management of public health policies. It is concluded that WLF contributes to the promotion of preventive health, with the potential to reduce healthcare costs, strengthen self-care literacy, and improve adherence to healthy habits.

Inadequate contract management undermines corporate relationships, overburdens legal departments, and leads to financial, business, and operational losses. Against this backdrop, the present research investigates whether an artificial-intelligence-based platform can automate post-signature phases of the contract life cycle, with the specific goal of reducing the time and costs corporations devote to contract administration while enhancing contractual governance. The study therefore aimed to specify, develop, and validate a system capable of optimizing the resources invested in contract management and improving the outcomes of that management. An applied methodology with exploratory and explanatory objectives and a qualitative research approach was adopted: literature review, quantitative and qualitative surveys, case studies, interviews, document audits, and iterative prototyping guided the project from the initial ideation stages to a minimum viable product integrated with a responsive artificial intelligence resource. Field tests confirmed tangible gains in efficiency and collaboration and identified the automated semantic extraction of contractual data for process automation as a critical differentiator, which informed refinement of the MVP. The results indicate that the proposed solution is technically feasible and addresses market gaps, offering a realistic path for public and private organizations to raise their information maturity in contract management.

The Accountability Performance Index (iPC), developed by the Office of the Comptroller General of the State of Rio Grande do Norte (CGE-RN), is examined in this study as an innovative instrument capable of redefining the evaluation and monitoring of accountability processes at the state level. The research analyzes the conceptual foundations, regulatory framework, methodological construction, and empirical application of the iPC, highlighting its capacity to enhance public governance, increase transparency, and strengthen the accountability of executive branch management units. The approach adopted is mixed, involving qualitative analyses supported by specialized literature and institutional regulations, combined with quantitative techniques such as correlation, regression, clustering, and descriptive statistics. The use of tools such as Power BI and Google Colab enabled in-depth analyses and precise visualizations, facilitating the identification of patterns, recurrences, and institutional behaviors. Structured around the dimensions of Transparency, Budgetary Performance, and Accountability, the iPC integrates data from government and managerial accountability reports through five indicators that combine objective and subjective criteria related to regulatory compliance, information quality and reliability, communication with auditors, participation in training activities, transparency, responsiveness to internal control recommendations, and budget execution. The results show that the iPC identifies significant disparities across thematic areas and different levels of institutional maturity, providing analytical insights to understand the behavior of management units in relation to their legal obligations. Beyond technical diagnosis, the index has encouraged relevant organizational transformations, increasing participation in training programs, reinforcing deadline compliance, strengthening the role of Internal Control Units (UCIs), and boosting institutional engagement through rankings and certifications. The study demonstrates that the iPC addresses persistent gaps in public administration by offering a continuous subnational monitoring model that is more consistent than fragmented or reactive approaches. By combining regulatory criteria, data analysis, and behavioral elements, the index shows strong potential for replication in other states and municipalities, contributing to the long-term improvement of control processes and the quality of public management. In this way, the iPC is consolidated as a strategic, evidence-oriented mechanism capable of enhancing institutional learning, fostering cooperative practices, and strengthening governance and transparency in the public sector.

In Brazil, more than 60% of companies shut down within five years. For social impact businesses, the scenario can be even more challenging, mainly due to management difficulties, lack of consolidated leadership skills, and the absence of adequate technological solutions. In addition to these obstacles, they face challenges related to communicating their value proposition, managing teams, attracting investors, and measuring the impact generated. Overcoming these barriers depends on strengthening leadership, whose continuous development is decisive for the sustainability and expansion of these enterprises. Given this problem, the central objective of the present study is to investigate to what extent the integrated use of digital management tools and adaptive educational strategies strengthens the leadership of socio-environmental impact businesses, fostering organizational sustainability and expanding social and environmental impact. The methodology adopts a mixed approach, applied in nature, and exploratory, descriptive, and explanatory. In the technological development axis, it includes mapping challenges, identifying essential competencies, ideation, prototyping, and validating a digital management and training platform. In the innovation management axis, it encompasses validating the problem hypothesis, analyzing the market and competition, developing a business model, and conducting a preliminary assessment of the proposed solution’s contribution. The procedures include surveys with impact leaders, semi-structured interviews, co-creation workshops, usability tests, and both quantitative and qualitative analyses, all conducted in compliance with ethical protocols. As preliminary results, critical gaps were identified in the development of leadership skills and in impact business management processes, in addition to the finding that available technological solutions show low adherence to the Brazilian socio-environmental context. The initial prototyping phase of the platform demonstrated technical feasibility and positive receptiveness from consulted specialists and leaders, although adjustments are still necessary to improve usability and functional alignment. It is preliminarily concluded that the results achieved indicate the relevance of the investigated solution and contribute to expanding knowledge on the integration between digital management and educational strategies in strengthening socio-environmental impact leadership, consistently addressing the study’s objective and offering valuable insights for future research and for advancing practice in impact businesses.

The present study lies within the field of entrepreneurial science, focusing on the design and validation of a technological solution aimed at intelligent customer loyalty for micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the food service sector. The problem identified stems from the low level of digital maturity and the difficulty these businesses face in transforming data into strategic intelligence, which undermines their marketing return on investment (ROI) and customer retention. Based on this diagnosis, the objective was to develop and validate a digital platform that, through gamification and artificial intelligence (AI), would enhance engagement, loyalty, and ROI among MSEs, expanding their participation in the digital market. The methodology was structured around two complementary fronts: technological development (TD) and innovation management (IM). In the first, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile approaches were applied to design and test a minimum viable product (MVP) in a real environment, reaching technology readiness level (TRL) 6. The prototype was developed in a low-code environment (FlutterFlow, Supabase, and Dart), integrating gamification and AI elements into a simplified and responsive user flow. In the second front, the research adopted a multiple case study with empirical data from 196 MSEs, using tools such as the Innovation Radar, Business Model Canvas, and TAM–SAM–SOM analysis to validate the problem hypothesis, identify opportunities, and model the business in a SaaS format. The results confirmed both the technological and market feasibility of the solution, which was named Indiq.AI. During the 2024 GO!RN event, the platform recorded over 730 registrations and one million interactions, achieving an NPS of 4.9/5 and a positive correlation between satisfaction and recommendation (r = 0.67). The business model demonstrated strong scalability potential, with a projected break-even point at 50 clients and a payback period of 16 months. Recognition in innovation funding programs such as Catalisa ICT and Startup Nordeste further consolidated the research impact within the innovation ecosystem and reinforced its alignment with the digital transformation needs of MSEs. It is concluded that the study achieved its purpose by transforming a sectoral challenge into a practical and scalable solution. Indiq.AI emerges as a deep tech venture focused on democratizing the use of data and AI in the food retail sector, contributing to greater competitiveness, sustainability, and innovation culture among small businesses.

The principles of procedural celerity and judicial efficiency are among the constitutional mandates pursued by the Judiciary. The use of artificial intelligence has been adopted to optimize the administration of justice. In this context, judicial officers play a fundamental role in ensuring the effective conduct of legal proceedings, being responsible for acts of communication and enforcement, as well as for procedural intelligence activities. However, communication and information sharing among judicial officers still face significant obstacles, hindering the efficiency of their duties and resulting in redundancies and outdated information. This research aims to propose a technological solution to optimize workflow and improve integration among judicial officers. Using a qualitative methodology, including a nationwide survey, the study seeks to validate the hypothesis that the lack of integrated communication affects performance in carrying out these duties. The research is expected to lead to the development of a technological tool to be initially implemented in the Judicial Section of Rio Grande do Norte, with potential for replication in other jurisdictions. This tool will enable judicial officers to overcome current challenges and enhance efficiency in the execution of writs and related tasks.

In Brazil, small artisanal fashion enterprises operate under tight working capital constraints, a context in which maintaining speculative inventory represents a critical risk of insolvency and stagnation. For these businesses, the scenario is compounded by the structural dilemma between the need to offer diversity to serve a market that values exclusivity and the financial inability to sustain anticipatory production. In addition to these hurdles, they face challenges related to inadequate pricing, fragmentation of communication with customers, and technological asymmetries that hinder competition with major players. Overcoming these barriers depends on the reconfiguration of production processes, whose transition to on-demand models is decisive for the economic and environmental sustainability of these ateliers. Given this problem, the central objective of this study is to investigate how the design of a digital customization platform can enable on-demand production, reconciling exclusivity, financial risk reduction, and the preservation of manual know-how. The methodology adopts a mixed approach, applied-entrepreneurial in nature and exploratory-descriptive in character. In the technological development axis, it includes systemic diagnosis via the i9W matrix and reflexive autoethnography for the ideation, requirements specification, and conceptual prototyping of the solution named Crioula Studio. In the innovation management axis, it comprises the validation of the problem hypothesis via secondary data, competitive analysis, market sizing (TAM-SAM-SOM), and business modeling via Business Model Canvas. As results, it was empirically validated that the immobilization of capital in inventory is a determinant factor in the fragility of these businesses, and a substantive market opportunity was identified in the Northeastern artisanal sector. The conceptual modeling of the platform demonstrated the theoretical viability of inverting the production flow by placing personalization before physical manufacturing, thus eliminating the need for inventory. It is concluded that the proposal presents strategic consistency and the potential to mitigate operational frictions in artisanal fashion, offering an innovative management model that strengthens the regional creative economy and establishes solid foundations for the future development of a functional MVP and empirical validation.
