Innovation management is essential for organizations to position themselves competitively facing a dynamic and turbulent market. Through solutions with agile methodologies to favor the promotion of an organizational culture that is innovative, creative and capable of diminishing risks, and the adaptation of methodologies internationally explored as the Technology Readiness Level used by NASA to measure technological maturity, INBusiness appears, a method which its purpose is to insert small businesses and transform them into innovative businesses. In this work, a tool for measuring the level of innovation of Small Business with less than five years of existence in the market was created, implemented and tested to diminish risks, improve innovation management and promote a higher competitivity among these businesses. Through an applied consulting, and with the technical orientations made, the evolution of the companies was projected into an intermediate level of maturity in innovation. Showing satisfactory effectivity of the tool.
