The Rede Blood platform was developed seeking to narrow the need for blood donation with the various agents involved: the donor and the beneficiary; creating connections in blood banks, blood centers and hospitals with a transfusion agency, acting and generating a positive impact. Health is one of the main activities that has been growing the most with technological support. It is necessary to seek resolution within this health 4.0 scenario, seeking innovation and technology. In Brazil, the healthtech market has also been expanding since 2019 in conjunction with the technological trend. In this way, the Blood Network, through a web platform, provided an easy and bureaucratic connection between potential blood donors, recipients and blood banks and/or blood centers, seeking to leverage the number of potential active donors.During its development, the methods allowed the execution and planning, among them the canvas methods, desk research, framework, quantitative and qualitative research to raise hypotheses through the data aimed at decision making. The business model is intrinsic to the product, the Rede Blood web system that seeks to remedy a pain generated by the shortage of blood donations in order to allow blood banks to attract donors and facilitate the donation process.
