On the other hand, there is the emergence of small bookstores and the growth of independent publishers across the country. But with the advent of this market, new problems arise: difficulty in exposing the product, logistics, high fees applied by large bookstores and restrictions on the local market. The solution to the problems listed above is a digital platform to facilitate the production and sale of books. The platform offers an ecosystem that will act in the life cycle of book production and sales. To this end, it will provide a set of services that can be contracted on demand: typing, proofreading, layout, graphic design, printing and selling the product. The e-commerce module will be equipped with tools such as a recommendation system with Artificial Intelligence and a Virtual Assistant using Natural Language Processing. Initially there was a bibliographical research on the themes: Book market, e-commerce, platform as a business model, project-based business, Artificial Intelligence. For a better knowledge of the business and its users, Cralves was applied, which is a creativity framework for generating ideas, which has a Design Thinking approach. The platform will offer greater visibility, availability and scalability in the production and sales of books, will have specialized support and with a greater reach of the market, an increase in revenue in the publishing market is expected.
