The MPT Method as a management tool for technology-based companies

Technology-based companies are generally inserted in a predominantly contingent environment. For the management of contingencies, permanent training and the use of innovative management tools are competitive advantages. Thus, the present study aims to suggest the MPT Method as a management tool for technology-based companies. Therefore, the methodology used is qualitative and divided into two phases. Initially, after approval by the Research Ethics Committee, a survey was carried out with management education scholars. The second part refers to the development of a booklet aimed at technological entrepreneurs on the MPT Method (Matrix, Potential and Time). It is expected that the booklet will help entrepreneurs in their journey of creating, planning, adapting or implementing projects and businesses.
