Tourism is a segment in Brazil that centers its offerings on leisure, such as sun and sea, especially when it comes to the Northeast Region of the country. Ecotur, which since 2016 has been acting in the opposite direction of this more mass tourism offer has revealed the potentials of several destinations in the Northeast, through tourist experiences that escape the conventional products of agencies in this sector. Rio Grande do Norte ends up being Ecotur's big focus, not only because it is where the company is located, but also because of all the existing characteristics, which consequently are externalized in a scenario of great deficits, such as the high informality of tour operators and pulverization of the offer. This makes Ecotur develop technologies and innovations to alleviate these problems. Based on this, this project aims to develop a marketplace of tourist experiences with social impact in the Northeast, aiming to commercialize unconventional destinations, using E-commerce to facilitate the process of acquisition and purchase. As the methodology of this work and Ecotur are in the development of their MVP and the continuous implementation of their innovations, the stage of its life cycle as a startup is seen by the marketing traction, which seek to validate the business, by management tools and strategies, such as the creation of solutions by Design Thinking and the application of the C Model Canvas. All this intuition demonstrates itself in a full construction and for this reason it is expected to develop its proposals so that it can, by the end of this work, realize its marketplace and positively impact the reality of the tourists currently living.
