The advent of new e-commerce technologies has changed consumer behavior and reshaped corporate operations over time. In the automobile sector, technologically, cars evolve more and more, however the way they are researched or purchased has not changed in an equivalent way. The search for each car option is usually individualized, carried out on-site or in magazines and websites. This work is directly in line with the futuristic concepts of the 2.0 dealership, a kind of digital showroom, and proposes to analyze the development and application of FM3Self, a mobile technology, which aims to innovate in the process of research and purchase of automobiles, which can be applied in retail and factory direct purchases. The expected results are: optimization of research time and greater assertiveness in choosing the product. In addition, based on reference and qualitative research, the aim was to measure the level of importance of the main indicators that influence the choice and purchase of the product.
