ECOINBUSINESS: ECOINOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS
Innovation. Sustainability tool. Eco-innovation. Eco-innovation solutions. Sustainability consultancy.
In the current scenario about sustainability in business, there is a portion of entrepreneurs who cite as the main obstacles to adopting sustainable actions in their respective organizations: the lack of information on sustainability, the difficulties in finding partners willing to work together and also the value to be paid for the sustainability measures. However, there is a growth of companies, in different sizes, with the delivery of eco-innovative solutions to act in this market gap. Therefore, this work aims to develop eco-innovative and sustainable solutions for environments, through the creation of cleantech startup Ecoinbusiness, through a B2B (Business to business) business model that acts as a sustainability consultant for environments (services, industries , shops and condominiums). The methodology based on the proposal of sustainable and eco-innovative solutions for environments developed by Ecoinbusiness during the validation and case study started from an adaptation of the methodology "Eco-innovation in small businesses" by SEBRAE (2017) and was divided into nine stages, starting with presentation of the work plan, ending with the implementation of sustainable solutions and continuous monitoring. Among the tools, techniques and methodologies applied for the creation of Ecoinbusiness and the development of the business model, TRIZ, Framework Cralves, Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas, among others, were used. In view of this, Ecoinbusiness proposes to the market a business model through partnerships, with the formalization of a performance contract or with values fixed according to the service, aiming to reduce customer costs as environmental liabilities are reduced and increased competitiveness of the business (when a company) or reducing condominium costs, according to the case study. Therefore, the current business model proved to be effective for the present needs of those seeking sustainable development, where during its validation of the value proposition it was possible to measure economic, socio-environmental, socioeconomic and governance gains.
