The increase in remote classes through learning platforms is a phenomenon that has been increasing in recent years thanks also to technology. Today, due the COVID-19 pandemic, what was a trend, has become daily. The final objective of this research is to identify a possible path to be followed to assist tutors and teachers in routine and predictable tasks, as well as help in the construction of the student's journey, providing indications of classes and contents according to the student's level, the route schedule and the material available. The research will use a qualitative and quantitative approach aimed to collect pertinent information about the routines of teachers and tutors in managing courses and the tool, in addition to interacting with some students to measure engagement. Nature will be applied with content production aimed to understand which strategies increase engagement and find methodologies to increase retention on the platform and in the course. The desired result is the elaboration of a SaaS platform that can be connected to EAD platforms via API that, based on the programming of the tutor or teacher, performs actions when verifying particular events and based on the student's performance, manages to increasingly refine the system. content advice. The automation of recurring processes and quantitative analytics leverages tutor and teacher time, which can be more dedicated to the student while enabling more reliable and personalized execution.
