SUMMARY:

The climate emergency, financial market and clients push companies to adopt Environmental, Social end Corporate Governasse (ESG) policies. Éco-Ágil, an Eco-innovation development framework with agile practices, promotes mapping and implementation of solutions employing agile management practices in industry sector companies. We present the Eco-Ágil deployment in a construction company which produces mortar, grout and other materials. This work consists in an exploratory research regarding the framework development through market and scientific data analysis.  We sought to comprehend the client pains, analyzing the economic scenario, environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) practices, in a post COVID-19 pandemic world. We performed a company diagnostics taking into account previous studies, a previous Life Cycle Assessment, and a collaborator survey to asses their agility level. The survey focused on value delivering, communication and transparency, people, work organization, and continuous improvement, which revealed 54 yo 67\% of agility in these aspects.  These results led to the proposal of eco-innovative solutions and agile practice guidance involving the employment of the Scrum framework, its ceremonies, and artifacts in order to register the company to Prêmio Nacional de Inovação 2021--2022 as a first step in order to implement and consolidate agile culture and practices, improving its corporate governance.
