SUMMARY:

According to the scenario on sustainability in business, there is a portion of entrepreneurs who cite as the main obstacles to adopting sustainable actions in their respective organizations the lack of information on sustainability, the difficulties in finding partners willing to work together and also the value to be paid for sustainability measures. However, there is a growth of companies with eco-innovative solutions, in different sizes, that are working on this market gap. Thus, this scenario proves to be an excellent opportunity for startups, given its rapid adaptability and ease in working with eco-innovation. Therefore, this work was developed with the purpose of developing an eco-innovative methodology through the creation of the startup cleantech Ecoinbusiness, through a B2B business model (Business to business) that works with eco-innovative solutions for businesses, seeking to reduce environmental liabilities and companies' production costs, emphasizing the three axes of sustainability (economic, social and environmental) and innovation in processes, in a scalable and replicable way. To this end, the eco-innovative methodology developed was inspired by the booklet "Eco-innovation in small businesses" by SEBRAE and the creative framework of Designer Cristiano Alves, in addition to the use of business tools. In view of this, Ecoinbusiness proposes a business model to the market through partnerships, with the formalization of performance contracts and fixed value contracts, aiming to reduce production costs, the measure reduces environmental liabilities, increasing business competitiveness and seeking to differentiate itself from the current standard model of corporate sustainability consultancy. Therefore, Ecoinbusiness' business model has proven to be effective for the needs of business entrepreneurs who seek to develop in an eco-innovative way.
