The Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry has been influenced by rapid technological changes, among which Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the most recurrent. The projects stopped being elaborated in 2D drawings without information and started to be made digitally. BIM is being one of the milestones of innovation in the AEC industry. The BIM methodology shows a promising path for the construction industry, allowing the unification of important information, thus allowing improvements in the project even before it is executed, having as one of its main objectives the delivery of projects and works with less possible errors, making the projects more faithful to the final product, thus generating more accurate budgets, more efficient project execution and economy of the work. To this end, the Federal Government is encouraging the use of BIM in Brazil, through decrees and laws. In addition to federal public administration entities, engineers, architects and civil construction companies are being affected by these laws, but not everyone is qualified to work with BIM projects. It is then perceived an opportunity for growth for BIM designers, along with the new market that is emerging. Against this backdrop, the present work aims to develop studies on the web platform called BIM Office in order to provide the connection between those who need to buy projects in BIM with those who know how to design in BIM, through digital mediation. The methodology comprises the analysis of the business and the development of the MVP. For the analysis of the business, a market study, economic valuation will be carried out, ending with the lean canvas. For the MVP, the business hypotheses, the definition of requirements, the description of the MVP validation process will be validated. Finally, the requirements and functionality of the platform will be specified. It is expected that the results of the research will be satisfactory, regarding the verification of the startup's adherence in the AEC industry market, and then proceed with other studies, since the BIM Office web platform is intended to mitigate the pain of the AEC market. , related to the effective use of BIM in their parallel projects will provide more job opportunities for designers trained in BIM.
