This intervention can be costly for families, health plans and the State due to the workload required for its implementation by a specialized team. Studies also point out the effectiveness of this intervention when mediated by parents and home environment. In addition, technological resources are advanced to support treatments for various disorders, increasing each year the number of users and the market for Serious Games and Games for Health. The objective of this work is to create a Serious Game for teaching Verbal Operants from the Discrete Trial Training strategy to complement or supplement the home-based EIBI mediated by parents, the popularization of care for the population diagnosed with ASD, inclusion of family members in the therapeutic process and reduction of treatment costs. For this purpose, the state of the art of ABA is presented for the treatment of people in the Autistic Spectrum, with emphasis on the identification of assistive technology and various technological resources and survey of the requirements for the development of the game for teaching Verbal Operants as well as analysis of software presented on the market.
