SUMMARY:

 Bearing in mind that the desire to better contribute to the Recruitment and Selection of companies and the insertion of women in the labor market in the State of RN constitutes an intellectual and professional challenge, research on the use of a WEB platform, Conecta Talentos , contributing to social changes, in order to develop a sustainable, scalable and technology-based innovation model that contributes to the inclusion of women in social vulnerability in the labor market. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a WEB Platform, create a module for analyzing profile adherence and materialize startup in a social impact business model. Then, a descriptive research is carried out, based on literature reviews, books, bank of Theses, Dissertations and articles. Given this, it appears that the platform is in the finalization stage, the company opened CNPJ as MEI and is in the SEBRAE acceleration program for social impact business, which imposes the observation that the strengthening of the articulations with partners sites will enhance the connections between employee and employer, contributing to the increase in statistics on the number of women in the labor market, as well as the recognition of the need to focus on improving the site by creating a module for analyzing profile adherence.
