SUMMARY:

This qualification presents the case study of the Conecta RN Management and Monitoring Platform and its application in the State and Municipal Coordination of Protection and Civil Defense Municipalities of the State of Rio Grande do Norte. The Platform has as its main objective the management, monitoring and standardization of documents, processes and people through panels available to 181 selected people. From its first release on June 1, 2019 through October 31, with 3.0.0 version, of the same year, display information immediately, with an understanding of what can be effectively applied to the display, and use on the smallest number of screens with a wide range of data or challenge met on all screens displayed. All tools executed and distributed in 10 tabs on the Platform and their impacts on RN risk management so far are shown in real cases during the 5 months of operation.
