Renewable energies, especially wind and solar energy, have an exponential and virtuous growth in Brazil. The area projects have become more efficient in meeting the market demand, with a final cost of energy generated more competitive with other sources traditional and with the sedimentation of the productive chain of the sector. The chain of suppliers, although functional, presents relevant spaces of inefficiency and asymmetry of information, there are gaps that decrease efficiency by increasing the cost of transaction and logistics. Aiming at improving the contracting and generating business, a solution was developed web solution integrated management of demands and offers of goods and services of the segments wind and solar. Using the agile SCRUM methodology for development, management and planning, as well as the mapping of assets and existing services, it was possible to create an integrated web management platform of demands and offers for the productive chain of renewable energies. O business portal may expand to other segments of renewable energies, increasing efficiency in the negotiations and generating greater volume of business.
