RESUMO:

In Brazil it was killed more than the Syrian war, with more than 60 thousand homicides in 2018, leading the ranking of intentional lethal violent crimes, despite the increasing investments in public security since the creation of the National Security Secretariat Public in 1997. The country also leads other types of crimes from all grades, from the smallest to the most heinous crimes. In this scenario, we sought to analyze the relationships between heinous crimes, against life and greater offensive potential with infractions, which are more common and routine, those with less offensive potential, such as the disturbance of the quiet of others, the use of data mining and Business Intelligence (BI). The ratio of 1: 15: 45: 415 was found, that for every 415 disorderly offenses, a crime against life occurs, reinforcing the ecological approaches to crime, the existence of a sequential development of crime, and an interconnection between disorder and the most serious crimes. Where each community will have its own development of police occurrences, being necessary the individual analysis of the local process of the sequence of the development of the crime.
