Social damages: Analytical development of the Pyramid of Criminal Offenses “Bird” Type of public security occurrence in Rio Grande do Norte
public safety, labor security, data mining, Bird pyramid, zero tolerance
Brazil kills more than the Syrian war, with more than 60,000 homicides in 2017, leading to the ranking of intentional lethal violent crimes, despite growing investments in public security, from a creation of the National Public Security Secretariat in 1997 as not the Brazilian Public Safety Yearbook. His country also leads with other types of crimes from all grades, from the smallest to the most heinous crimes. The present study aimed to analyze the correlation between heinous crimes, against life and greater offensive potential with infractions, which are more common and routine, those of less offensive potential, such as the disturbance of the rest of the rest, with the use of data mining and Business Intellegence (BI). A ratio of 1: 15: 45: 400 was found, which is each 400 reports of lower offensive potential in a crime against life, reinforcing the theory of Broken Windows by Wilson and Kelling (1982), which talks about the existence of a sequential crime project, an interconnection between disorder and crimes. Where his own research comes from, the process of inquiry is a process of analysis of the individual.
