SUMMARY:

The research focuses on the study and application of the concept of Design Thinking methodology applied to education, which can be used as a strategic and emancipatory teaching methodology that, related to practices developed on the concepts of Visual Arts, can enable the creation and development in a more effective and innovative way, promoting creation and artistic production. Dialoguing thus, with an interdisciplinary approach with a Life Project curricular component, it proposes to encourage the identity and social construction of New High School students in the conceptual framework of BNCC and scholars, artistic movements with: collaborative art and street art and artists Brazilian designers such as: Irmãos Campanas, Beatriz Milhazes, Os Gêmeos and Coletivo Muda, who served as inspiration for the development of artistic practices, which promote emancipation, resignification and artistic and educational production, both technical and humanistic, creative and reflective continuously transcending lives and school spaces.
