UNDER THE LIGHT OF CINEMA: AN EXPERIENCE WITH AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION AT THE ARTS TEACHING AT SCHOOL THROUGH THE SMARTPHONE USAGE

This paper has got as its research goal the short movie production measured by the smartphone usage, in the environment the Arts classes. We point out as an objective analyzing the short film production done by High School students, in order to approximate curriculum contents of their everyday lives. The experience happened with two classes first grade students’ participation, of state school Prefeito Antônio Conserva Feitosa, in Juazeiro do Norte-CE. The methodology which supports such study is the qualitative research guided by Active Research, which has been developed by the teacher as a participating researcher together with his collaborating students. We have adopted Barbosa’s Tirangular Approach (2012) as leading theorical contribuition for our activities under the contextualzing/doing/seeing axis. We have tried dialoguing with Orofino (2005), Duarte (2009) and Julier & Marie (2009) in the perspective of understanding our teaching practice in the classroom, as well as issuing a new vision at the school environment at this moment in which it is located permeated by new digital technologies.
