SUMMARY:

When we carry out studies and research in the cycle of rural dynamics, we need to understand aspects such as politics and territorial development, the transformations that have occurred in these territories that hover over the idea of a “new rural”. Considering this, the present dissertation is anchored on three great moments; first, it will be done a contextualization about the construction and deconstruction of the term gender until today. Then we will do a whole theoretical study about the territory, development, territorial policies focusing on gender equality, and finally, a practical study will be built in the territorial collegiate of  big bush/ RN to understand the inheritances left by the citizenship territories program. This project is geared to the issue of gender equality in rural territories (specifically those of citizenship) and the opportunities provided to LGBTQI + youth from these territories. Thus, one of the first questions of our research arises, will it be that even with all this baggage of changes, transformations and incorporation of public policies, the TR's are still spaces of gender inequalities, which do not favor the permanence and stability of life of young LGBT'S rural? What is the impact of policies such as the Citizenship Territories Program based on their effectiveness in these Territories? Thus, the objective is to analyze the effects and inheritances of the Territories of Citizenship Program for the issue of gender equality and impacts on the life of rural LGBTQI + youth through the territorial collegiate of big bush/ FOMAG, having as a starting point the years 2008 until the days current. The research will be framed on two moments, first the collection of minutes of the collegiate meetings of the Territory of big bush, which are important instruments for recording meetings, events, political actions and history preservation, and secondly, semi-structured interviews via WhatsApp, with representatives and entities linked to the collegiate and LGBTQI + rural youth. For data analysis, we will use the Bardin content analysis technique (2009). An extensive bibliographic review was also carried out on the concepts and studies that permeate the research.
